January SoDo Meeting Info

 

The next SoDo NRZ meeting of the 2022-23 year will be IN PERSON Wednesday, January 18 at 6:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church of Hartford, 136 Capitol Avenue (enter through the small white building to the right of the main church). Many thanks to our neighbors Pastor Nancy Baseel and the First Presbyterian staff for generously offering us their space for our meeting. Here is the Agenda. We look forward to catching up on neighborhood news with you in person! Big thanks to all who came out for our SoDo Holiday Happy Hour on December 13, and to Peppercorn’s for hosting us. It was great to see so many neighbors in person, including Mayor Bronin and Santa!

Speaking of social events, the potential return of the Downtown Hartford Progressive Dinner, hosted by SoDo NRZ, is one of our agenda topics for this month’s meeting. The last one was February 2020 (!) and we know many of you are eager see that event return. It is our largest fundraiser and we are also keen to resurrect it. Our Social Committee has put together a survey to gauge interest and will be sending out a link soon via email and social media. Please join us at this month’s meeting and share your thoughts there, as well.
